The browse data tab is designed to allow quick browsing through the
scans contained in the current experiment. To use this feature,
simply type the scan number in the Run # box or
use the up/down arrows (grey arrows next to the Run # label).
Whenever the number changes, the scan is plotted and the ascii
contents of the scan are displayed in the text box below the plot.
If New
Plot is selected, each plot will be plotted individually as shown
in the image below.
To overplot several plots, select Overplot
instead of New
Plot and simply type in the scan numbers in the Run # box.
As the number changes, each new scan number will be overplotted
together with the pre-existing plots. An example of several Ni
powder scans is shown in the image below.
A hardcopy of the current plot can be obtained by clicking the Hardcopy
button. The destination printer can be changed from the main
program by selecting File - Page Setup
from the pull-down menus as shown in the left panel image below.
The page setup box will then appear (as shown in the right panel
image below) and the printer can be changed by selecting the Printer setup ...
button.
The standard printer selection box will then appear and the printer can
be selected from the Name pull-down
menu (see image below). Once the correct printer is selected the
change will be applied by clicking on the OK button.
