lattice:

The lattice command sets the lattice parameters.

The syntax for the lattice command is:

      lattice a b c alpha beta gamma
     (example: lattice 5 6 7 90 90 90)

OR

      lattice [a=alat] [b=blat] [c=clat] [alpha=alphalat] [beta=betalat] [gamma=gammalat]
     (example: lattice a=6 beta=89)

In the second syntax, any combination of individual lattice constants can be specified.  This allows you to change one lattice constant without having to retype all 6 values.

The lattice command can also be accessed from the GUI by selecting the UB Matrix tab from the Sample top-level tab.  Typing in the relevant lattice constants and pressing the blue Set Lattice Parameters button will issue the lattice command.
